Pet Policy

2 pets maximum per Apartment Home. Limit 30 lbs per pet. $350 Pet Fee (non-refundable) and Pet Rent is $40 per month per pet. Resident also states and represents that his/her pet does not violate the breed restriction policy which is pit bulldog, rottweiler, chows, german sherperds, mastiff, doberman, staffordshire terriers or any mix of these breeds. No reptiles, rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, snakes or rodents of any kind will be allowed. Recent photo of pet will be required at move in. No visiting pets at any time. Unauthorized pet fee of $600 will be imposed for each infraction. Feeding or providing water to stray pets is strictly prohibited.
